Baldwin County, Alabama, is located on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay. It is bordered by Clarke and Monroe Counties to the north, Escambia County and Escambia County, AL, and Escambia County, Florida to the east, on the west by Clarke, Washington, and Mobile counties, and Mobile Bay, and on the south by the Gulf of Mexico. It was established on December 21, 1809.
